Based on the requirements of ISO37001 anti-bribery management system, the company comprehensively improves its anti-bribery management capability from the aspects of integrity system construction, fraud risk assessment, integrity culture education and integrity supervision mechanism.
Employee Care
Organize all kinds of cultural and recreational activities to create opportunities for employees to communicate and relax, thus reducing work pressure and increasing corporate cohesion. Carry out mental health checkups every year, and invite counselors to promote the care of employees who are at risk of mental illness as a result of the checkups;
